The idea behind the restaurant is to introduce people to modern Japanese cuisine, where you can discover much more than sushi.

The dishes prepared by the chef, Laurynas Kupris, are particularly interesting, ornate and constantly surprising. As the chef himself loves to experiment and is always on the lookout for new flavours, you can also find dishes cooked on a Japanese Robata grill – beef dishes are highly appreciated by guests. The restaurant’s staff share a common love of food, which they try to pass on to every guest they visit.
