PAVLOVA
‘PAVLOVA’ is a dessert bar with a completely unique concept. It is not only the first of its kind in Vilnius and Lithuania, but also only the second in the Baltic States.
The ‘PAVLOVA’ café-dessert shop bakes pavlova morengo bases and uses them to make pavlova dessert cakes in a variety of flavours. There are around ten different variations of this cake-dessert, but all of them are made according to the traditional recipe: a soft soufflé base with a crispy crust, topped with whipped cream and juicy berries.
Unique: we use only natural, fresh produce and berries to make these wonderful desserts. The desserts themselves are baked on site and made on request, in full view of the customer. Only natural 35 % fat free cream is used. The result is a delicate and harmonious balance between the sweetness of the moringa, the freshness of the fresh berries and the textures of these ingredients.
Tea lovers will find a large selection of collector’s grade teas in the café, which further balance the flavour of the pavlova desserts and go even further with them than coffee.
