NO CHEF
NO CHEF is a philosophy of food production. Without inventing anything new, the idea is to make food the way it is made in the Mediterranean.
As authentic, as simple as possible and with the best possible ingredients. It’s not for nothing that we only use our own choice of koroneiki olive oil from Greece.
We fry everything in Italian butter fat, we make our aperollos with the wonderful Spanish cava and we bake our own Arabic flatbread… Many flavours, many things, but for us the most important thing is that you feel like you’re on holiday in Crete.
