Donde Tacos
A Lithuanian American who grew up in Austin, Texas and lived there for fifteen years, Lindrė has been living in Vilnius for ten years. Missing Texan cuisine and especially tacos, she founded the food van DONDE (Spanish for “Where”) four years ago. DONDE is a Tex-Mex restaurant where TEX – the best traditions of Texas meat cooking, MEX – unique and flavor-enhancing spices. In Lithuania, this culture is unknown, undiscovered and confused with the Mexican cooking tradition.
