Restaurant “Stebuklai” (Parlament)
Restaurant manager and chef is Martynas Praškevičius. He is one of Lithuania’s most highly regarded chefs, who not only believes that you can learn everything in the kitchen, but has already proved it. The menu at “Stebuklai” is is created by first sourcing quality products. Then, according to the chef, all the miracles are simple: freshly grilled fish is a miracle. A free-range, corn-fed chicken is a miracle, and so on. However, the way it is all served in this restaurant could also be called a miracle, or perhaps more accurately, a creation. The daily lunches at “Stebuklai” are not ordinary and are appreciated by the loyal business meeting crowd that likes to hold business meetings in the restaurant
