What makes our “Smash Burger” so special is the unique “smashed” cooking technique, where a steak of the highest quality ground beef, dry-aged for 30 days, is pressed onto a hot plate to create a caramelised crust and an unmistakable tenderness!
All our burgers are made with a toasted brioche bun, smashed roast beef, premium melted cheese and SBL homemade sauce.
