Restaurant “PAUPIO12”

A family-friendly restaurant located near the old town in Užupy. The restaurant is located in a historical building, where in the 19th century the beer brewery of Vilnius monks of the Canons of the Strict Rule operated. The restaurant promotes classic French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine mixed with a touch of modernity. The chef uses not only the latest cooking technologies (low-temperature cooking, etc.), but also does not forget to use various Lithuanian cuisine accents and products. PAUPIO12 offers exceptional dishes made from high quality produce. The restaurant bakes fresh bread every morning in a wood-fired pizza oven, and in the summer season dishes are seasoned with spices grown in their own garden. The chef devotes most of his attention to ensuring that each guest feels that the dishes are created especially for him and at the same time discovers interesting flavors and sees well-known ingredients in a new way. The open kitchen allows you to see how each dish is created and how different cooking techniques come to life on the plate. There is a children’s play corner on the second floor of the restaurant, where parents can have a quiet evening and children can play. It is possible to buy our own baked bread.
