Restaurant “Pas mus restoranas”
A modern and informal, almost speakeasy restaurant, run by two chefs – Matas Paulinas and Vita Bartininkaitė – who are responsible only to themselves and their guests.
The menu, which evolves with the natural cycles of nature, is based on local produce from familiar farmers and the wildlife that surrounds us (and you). Our chefs boldly seek out and share newfound flavours in a small, cosy and slightly nostalgic space filled with natural and immediate communication. The open kitchen and the 8-seater bar in front of it create a very dynamic atmosphere, with individual tables available for more relaxed seating.
