Paneriai nature trail
Even in the most urbanised areas of Vilnius, you can find an oasis of nature. A new 4 km-long trail has been opened in the Paneriai Erosive Hills Landscape Reserve, offering a panoramic view of the city through the tree canopy and a magnificent view from the viewpoint next to the Gariūnai Suffotic Circus.
According to the representatives of Pavilniai and Verkiai Regional Parks, when you walk along this trail, you will be walking along the same pavement that was once used by the Dukes of Lithuania, Napoleon’s army, and other historical personalities.
