Magic of Music Club

“Magic of Music Club” provides its guests with the opportunity to enjoy classical, jazz and world music performed and reproduced from recordings in a cozy chamber environment, to get acquainted with the cultures and music creators of different countries. The club hosts concerts by prominent Lithuanian and foreign performers: V. Ganelin, D. Paškevič, A. Gotesman. V. Labutis, P. Vyšniauskas, G. Pyšniak, D. Dėdinskaitė, G. Natalevičienė and many others.

The main categories of regularly held events:

CLOSER TO MUSIC – these are evenings of meetings with music, led by interesting “companions” – musicologists, musicians, music lovers – fans of a certain genre, composer, instrument, performer or country’s musical culture. They talk about the peculiarities of this music, demonstrate it live, and select characteristic recordings for listening. The recordings are qualitatively reproduced from vinyl records or high-resolution digital files – this allows you to feel the specific emotional content, appreciate the nuances of the performance, and reveal the depths of this music.

LIVE MUSIC – these are concerts of various musical genres, usually acoustic, held in a chamber setting (number of guests up to 40 people). Here you can hear the music perfectly and have a pleasant conversation with the performers and other guests of the event.

MUSIC AND POETRY – these are poetry readings accompanied by music, usually improvisations, performed by high-level professionals.

OTHER EVENTS can be dedicated to a variety of music-related aspects and occasions. They are held on days free from the main club events.
