“Halės Mėsainis”
Halės Mėsainis (Halės Burger) – the first and only “smash’burger” place in the city – a hamburger renaissance! Our goal is to prepare hamburgers not only using Lithuanian products, but also to try to make them as close as possible to us, which means that the products are always fresh. The buns are baked every morning at the bakery in Halle, the dry-aged Black Angus beef comes from a butcher’s shop 30 km away, the vegetables are always perfectly ripe directly from the merchants nearby.

Our special – Halės Mėsainis (Halės Burger) – locally baked buns, dry-aged Lithuanian Black Angus beef, Lithuanian cheddar – Cheddar, burnt garlic mayonnaise, crispy lettuce, ripe tomato, onion and bacon jam.
