“Druska Miltai Vanduo” (Paupys)

The bakery “Druska Miltai Vanduo” located in the new district of Paupys, in the local market building and offers exceptional bread and confectionery products.

The bakery is particularly proud of its handmade yeast-free sourdough bread, which is baked using just three ingredients: salt, flour and natural leaven. Much of the hard work in baking this exceptional bread is done by the naturally occurring lactobacteria in the sourdough, which gives the loaf a unique flavor not found in other breads. The bakery uses only the highest quality ingredients – no unnecessary chemicals, leavening agents and hardeners. All products are prepared and baked with love and warmth of hands.
