BBQ is a method of cooking using indirect heat (hot air and smoke) that requires a lot of time, precision and knowledge not only with meat but also with wood. We smoke the meat in a BBQ way for 4-8 hours depending on the product. We only use oak (firewood and coal). For this we use the best team of BBQ masters.
