“Beigelistai” (Literatų g.)

The Beigelistai are ten years old. For the first time in Vilnius after a long hiatus, the smell of real bagels being cooked and baked here has returned to Vilnius. It is the venue for various meetings: a book club, writers’ interviews and sometimes live music concerts.

When you walk into the Beigelistai Café, you are greeted by a cosy atmosphere, as if you were visiting a Vilnius resident – nothing special, but just like at home.

But most importantly, of course, the bagels themselves, cooked and baked every morning. We often hear compliments from locals and tourists alike that our bagels are not inferior to the popular bagels in New York.

The hosts recommend a taste

Our most popular and best-loved bagels is the classic one: cream cheese, salmon, capers and onions. If you’re visiting for the first time, we recommend you start with this bagel.
